Caroline and Hannah went to their first BYU football game on Saturday with John and his sister Kim. My sister, Anne Marie got the tickets for them and was kind enough to give up her ticket for Caroline. They had a great time at their first game. They were dressed for a fashion show and we had to convince them that warmth and comfort were more important. So they finally took off their leather knee high boots and put on tennis shoes. Although, if you notice Hannah is not wearing a coat. Her coat is red, and she refused to wear it since Utah's colors are red and white. That's our girl.

John gave them the full experience and 'stormed' the field after the overtime win. They stayed till the very end. They also got the 'heros' autograph, Andrew George. We told them that this is unusual. The stadium staff don't usually let you go onto the field.

One of the Island football players with all his leis.

Hannah, still no coat. It is now about 8:00 and very cold. There is no convincing that girl.

FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How fun!! Such great pictures to capture the whole experience. Brent wouldn't watch the game here. He still finds no humor in all the craziness between BYU and Utah. It's a sickness for him really but I just nod my head a lot and listen to all the ranting. It exhauts me. Next time I'll have him call John instead. I know his white personality would handle him better than I do when it comes to this matter :)
So much fun! Thanks for posting the pictures and updates on your family. We miss you guys! Give Caroline a big hug for me. I miss that cute girl! Hope you're feeling good Kristin.
Loved the Christmas photo crisis only because misery loves company and aside from this year, has been our routine for many years, usually also taking place on Thanksgiving or the weekend of. I have to say your photos hands down is the best one we have received (and yes, we have received a lot more than one) :) I think everyone we knew was at that BYU game including my family. How fun for the girls and to storm the field is awesome. Anyways, hope you are well. We'll need to chat when the season calms back down! xo
