37 Weeks

I am tired of being pregnant. OK, so I have been tired of it for awhile now, but now I am REALLY tired of it and to top it off I have had a pretty good head cold for the last three days.

I can't walk up stairs without becoming completely winded, heck I was drying my hair today and felt like I needed to sit down.

I can't bend over and pick up the endless array of stuff that gets dropped by 'I didn't do' who lives in our house.

I am tired of crossing my legs when I sneeze (if you've ever been pregnant you know what I mean- however, crossing my legs isn't always doing the job).

I am tired of nothing fitting - including my maternity clothes.

I feel terrible. I just want to have this baby so that I can breath, walk, and bend again. I would also love to get rid of this cold so my ears don't feel plugged and I am not continually sniffing. Will it ever end? Pregnancy should be 35 weeks not 40.

I am ready to be jealous but not quite yet--only when you are on your way to the hospital and done being pregnant with a new bundle of fun!

I hope you feel better soon.
At least there's a bright light at the end of your tunnel.
Good luck.

I delivered Davis with a head cold. I was so conjested I couldn't hold my breath to push. Heck, I needed all the breath I could get just to continue another day. There was no way I was going to be able to push him out. They finally had to suck him out. Don't you just love labor and delivery stories!! Hang in there sweetie. We're cheering for ya!

I'm sorry! I totally remember feeling all of that especially with the boys. Loved catching up on your blog. Happy belated to John and glad you had a fun trip down south. We need to talk sometime but I know these next few weeks will be crazy busy for you. Post photos of the new addition asap! :)
