Cabin 2011

Ok, so I am still going back and adding posts from months ago.  I just really want to keep it kind of in order for the day I have it printed up.

One of the things I love about living in Utah is being able to spend time at the cabin.  The cabin is 20 minutes door to door from our house and I love being there.  It is close enough that we often go up for dinner.  Usually once during the summer we will spend the night, but usually we will just have dinner and spend the evening there.  It is fun to go with friends or family as well.

This summer we went and stayed overnight with the Herberts.  They are a fun family to be with.  Bret always has a story to make everyone laugh and all of the kids line up in ages more or less.

We drove 4-wheelers or (quads for my AZ friends).

It took Josh a year or so to warm up to the 4-wheeler, but now he loves it.

Another visit to the cabin included our neighbors and my cousin and his family.  They were getting ready to move to Germany.  We were lucky enough to get them for a night.

Bruce and Rosie doing their circus tricks.

Ashton and Benjamin wrestling.

Caroline, Hannah, Max, and Boston.  Hannah and Max became good friends after being in the same school class for 4th and 5th grade.

A wild game of ping pong.

Caroline, Olivia, and Hannah.  Olivia is between Hannah and Caroline in age.  They love playing with her.

Boston and Grace.

We love spending time at the cabin.  It is a get away without going far and it is naturally entertaining.  Lucky to have it so close.  I have hundreds of memories from the cabin.  I am glad that my kids now get to have memories of the cabin as well.
