February Things to Remeber

Just came across this entry that I never posted.  I was going to make an entry of things to remember each month.  I obviously feel off the bandwagon.  However, I realize how much I forget.  I only remembered these things after reading them.  I need to get back to writing feelings and little things that happen down, not everything documented is in a picture.

1.  I feel sad.   A friend from high school that battled leukemia this past year passed away.  I am sad for his wife and for his three little boys who will miss him so much.  Life is not fair, but it is wonderful and beautiful amidst all  of the hard and one day it will all be fair and right thanks to our loving Heavenly Father and and our  Giving Savior.

2.  Joshua is a very sweet and sensitive little boy.  Last week I was crying about something I was upset about.  He came up and with a concerned look asked what was wrong.  I told him I was sad.  He held open his arms for me to pick him up and then he held on tight as I cried.  I then noticed that he was crying and I asked him what was wrong.  He said, "I sad too."  Today when I found out about the passing of my friend I was crying again.  He ran to the bathroom twice, to get me tissues.  He even took it and threw it in the garbage when I was done.

3.  February has been an emotionally draining month.  Earlier in the month a friends husband passed away suddenly.  I have felt so sad for those who are dealing with these terribly hard losses.

3. On a lighter note, if we ever get a mouse in our house he will live like a king in our pantry.

4.  Benjamin is walking 100% of the time, although it is the drunk walk where he often falls and ends up hitting his head or landing straight on his back.  Poor guy.
