One of my favorite things about Christmas is sending and receiving Christmas cards. Normally I pick up the mail once maybe twice a week, but come the first week in December I start stalking the mailman and make sure and pick up the mail every day. I love to get cards! I love to see pictures of friends and family and hear about their year. These are people that we love but no longer get to see very often. Many of them we would have lost contact with if we hadn't kept in touch through Christmas cards. I can always count on certain families sending a Christmas card, others are hit and miss, but either way I love to hear from them. It is also fun to see how some people change it up every year and others are very predictable in the type of card they send. I for one am predictable. I always send a card from COSTCO. I would like to do something different, but it is so easy and cheap from COSTCO, I keep going back. This year I sent out over 150 cards so cost becomes an issue. I can't bring myself to pay $1.50 or more a card when I can pay .30 a card at COSTCO. Here is our picture wall this year. I love walking by and seeing pictures of people we don't get to see very often, I love it so much I will keep it up for a little while longer.

Our Christmas card we sent with the Things We Miss/Things We Love list.

One of my favorite cards from my friend Mary with her good looking boys.

The most funny card was from John's sister. If you heard about BYU's football quarterback Max Hall going on a rampage about the Utes, he said they weren't a 'classy organization'. So Kim sent pictures of the BYU/Utah game and my kids with Max Hall with the caption "Have a Classy Christmas". It was pretty funny.

LOVE your card wall. And I too stalk the mailman... I'm with you on cards. I have been loyal to Shutterfly and their cards but at over $1.50 a card and sending out over 100 I'm thinking next year I'll do Costco. Yours came out so cute too. I'm so cheap I'm suprised I haven't switched to Costco sooner...
Wow! I see our card! It's also fun to see that we have a few cards in common. Thank goodness for Christmas cards and blogs so we can keep up with our friends as we move to various locations! Best wishes in your final month of pregnancy. Tell John hello for me! - Melissa
