Getting Started

Ok, I know I have said blogging is not for me. I never did get into the scrapbooking thing. I don't really use my ipod much. Technology just isn't my friend. However, I enjoy reading others blogs, it is like having a quick little phone conversation (especaially with those who live out of state). I feel like I know what is going on in my friends lives, but they don't know about me and my family since I don't keep a blog. So I have decided to start a blog.

I have come up with two reasons to start blogging. The first is that since I don't keep a journal it will become a record of our family. The second is to keep in touch with friends better.

Yesterday I was talking with my friend Charise Mask, she just started her blog as well. She was telling me how frustrated she was that she couldn't get her blog to look like she wanted. I told her not to worry about it but just start and she would figure it out as she went along. Who cares what it looks like anyways. So, now I am frustrated because I can't get my blog header to look like I want it to. So I am going to follow my own advice and try to ignore what it looks like and just start recording my life in words and pictures.
