Caroline's Birthday

I am way behind here.  Caroline had a birthday several months ago, but I can't miss the opportunity to record Caroline at this point in her life.  She is sweet and dedicated child.  She enjoys playing with friends but is always good to get the important things done first.  She is always good to get her practicing done as well as homework and jobs.  She does have a teasing gene that kicks in sometimes.  She can be sneaky about it too, so you have to be quick to catch her and not blame it on the innocent child.  Finally, she is careful with her money.  She enjoys saving it and made a big purchase after she forfeited a birthday party in favor of cold, hard cash... an ipod touch.  Her is my list of Caroline

1.  She is a great big sister to her brothers.  Joshua and Benjamin love her.
2.  She is a good manager of money.  She will often forfeit something she wants to save her money.
3.  She is naturally athletic.  She has strong legs.
4.  Caroline can be quiet at times, which makes her a joy to be around. :)
5.  She is getting very good on the harp.  She played in church for the first time, the week before Christmas, and enjoyed all of the compliments she received.
6.  She is teachable.  When I practice the harp with her she is always good to listen to my constructive criticism and improve her hand position, or count out loud.  It makes practicing with her fun.
7.  Caroline is a good listener.  Everyone enjoys being Caroline's friend.
8.  She is good at math, although she tells me she doesn't like it.
9.  She loves to sleep with Hannah.  (Hannah is kind enough to let her sleep in her queen size bed most nights.)

Caroline we love you so much.  It is fun to see you growing up.  You are a joy to be around.  Happy very belated birthday.
