This little guy had a birthday last month. We didn't do much as far as a party, but I did make sure to make a yummy cake for him. However, after it was baked it was salty. I couldn't figure out what the problem was, I went over everything in my mind and could not figure out what I had done wrong. It remained a mystery until the next morning when I gave Caroline a grapefruit for breakfast with sugar sprinkled on top. She told me I had put salt on it. Evidently, someone (Joshua) had dumped salt in our sugar bin. Luckily we caught it before another baking disaster. I still served the cake to him, he ate the frosting off the top but left the cake.
These little toes sticking out the back of the highchair looked so dang cute. I just want to kiss them.
He is loved and adored by his siblings.
He was extra happy and smiley that night. I think he could tell he was getting extra attention and was loving it.
Things we love about Benjamin:
1. He sleeps through the night.
2. We love when he waves and says 'hi'.
3. We have nick-named him Ben'jimmer'. We are teaching him how to Jimmer. :)
4. We love when he giggles.
5. We love his crazy hair.

I can't believe he is already one--He is so cute!
Such a sweetie! I think Jimmer will become a very popular name in the Provo area. Seven to nine months from now we'll know :)
