Halloween

So unlike many other moms I am quite boring when it comes to Halloween costumes. I am not creative enough to do something fun (like the hot air balloon one kid was wearing) and I am too cheap to want to spend money on costumes that will be worn for one night. So this year I told the girls they could either buy a new costume or if they recycled something we already had in the house I would give them $5. So Joshua was a bumblebee (he had no choice), Caroline chose to recycle a pirate costume (which you can't see because of the coat), Grace recycled the witch costume and Hannah opted for a new ladybug costume.


The cutie with blue eyes is my niece. Joshua wasn't cooperating with pictures.


Notice the first snowfall. Luckily it came a few days before Halloween. Halloween night was gorgeous.
